Hand & Wrist
Lets begin... To fix your Hand & Wrist Pain
The wrist joint forms between your radius, ulnar and multiple small carpal bones in the hand. It allows for movement upwards/downwards, side-to-side as well as rotation - there's a lot that occurs at the wrist! Wrist pain typically involves pain around the wrist joint and into the base of the hand. Pain from the wrist can also extend into the forearm.
The hand itself contains 27 bones and multiple joints to allow for various thumb and finger movements. Injuries to the hand may occur in the palm, fingers or thumb. Typically injuries in the hand will present with localised pain to the area. Injuries to the hand or wrist may occur due to a traumatic event, overuse, poor workplace setup, repetitive movements, and many other factors.
