With humble beginnings on Stud Road, Scoresby, under the ownership and expertise of Trish Edwards, PhysioSpot quickly gained recognition for its exceptional care and outstanding results in injury management.

As demand grew, we relocated to Knoxfield in 1996, expanding our facilities to better serve our valued patients. We took pride in delivering the highest standard of care, catering to the diverse needs of our community.

In February 2020, we joined forces with Physica, merging our expertise and resources to form Physica Knoxfield. This partnership further strengthens our commitment to delivering comprehensive, personalized care to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.

Physica Knoxfield has recently undergone renovations, now featuring individual treatment rooms and a well-appointed gym studio for all our classes. We believe in creating a comfortable and conducive environment for your optimal recovery.

Biography 
Hayley recently completed her Masters of Physiotherapy at Swinburne University in 2024. She also holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science from Deakin University, majoring in Exercise Physiology and Strength & Conditioning, and has obtained an ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning certification.
With extensive experience as both a strength & conditioning coach and netball coach, Hayley has worked with athletes of all levels, from novices to elites, starting from age 8. She is passionate about helping individuals of all ages achieve their personal health goals.
Hayley is a competitive netball player who thrives on an active lifestyle. She enjoys a variety of physical activities, including gym, pilates, water sports, snowboarding, and surfing.
