Focus:

These sessions are specially constructed classes that use breath techniques. In this class, we focus mostly on the mind. The breathing can be intense, but it is done at your own pace. This is a safe experience with skilled practitioners, where your breath affects your body, and a deep relaxation of body and mind can occur.

Class Offerings

  • Rise & Energize
    When: Monday mornings, every other week, 7 am
    Focus: Energizing breathwork, stretching, and movement to boost vitality.

  • Rest & Restore
    When: Monday evenings, every other week, 7 pm
    Focus: Evening relaxation techniques to reduce stress and enhance sleep.

  • Signature Breath
    When: Every 6 weeks, starting October 7th, 7 pm
    Focus: In-depth exploration of advanced breathwork styles for profound shifts in consciousness.

These alternate between  morning session 7-8am and an evening session 7-8 pm
